Get started and troubleshoot
Try it at your desk first
Press Start, allow camera access, and position your face and eyes in view. Test the sound and confirm you heard it before finishing setup. Poor lighting and reflections can prevent eye detection.
Make returning easier
Setup and preferences are saved in the same browser. Clearing site data resets them. To add the app to your home screen, use your browser’s install or share menu.
No sound?
Press Test sound on the page. Browsers may block sound until you interact with the page. Check device volume, silent mode, Bluetooth and headphone output. Headphone-only playback is not guaranteed.
Video paused or face not found?
Bring the page to the foreground, improve the lighting, and face the camera. Use Reconnect the camera to retry. If access was denied, allow the camera in your browser’s settings for this site.
PC, iPhone and Android differences
Keep the Web page visible. Monitoring may pause when the screen locks, another app opens, or the page runs in the background. Vibration and the camera light depend on the device and browser.
Want a watch alert?
The Android app can forward notifications to compatible paired watches. Allow this app’s notifications in your watch companion app, then send a test notification. The Web app does not forward alerts to watches.
Language support
The Web app is available in English and Japanese. The Android app currently has a mainly Japanese interface. An English store description does not mean the Android interface is fully translated.
